Welcome to our section on the Privacy Policy implemented by First Drops | Distilled Art Pieces, a project by the cultural association Trend and Tradition.

To supply the best service possible, First Drops needs to collect information about you. This page provides all the information you might need to get to know our policy on personal data collection, disclosure and use.

Please note that if you want to resort to services provided by third parties on the website, First Drops may ask these third parties for certain information about yourself. This Privacy Policy is not applicable to services offered by third parties and the way in which they process your personal details. We suggest that you carefully read the Privacy Policies of these third parties on their respective websites to find out how your data will be processed and disclosed, if applicable.

This Privacy Policy complies with Art. 13 of Leg. Decree. n. 196/2003 (“Code on the Protection of Personal Data”) in reference to the treatment of the personal details of the Users of the website www.first-drops.it.

This Privacy Policy may be subject to additions or changes in order to ensure that it is up to date with the laws in force and appropriate in consideration of the technical adjustments that might be made to the website or of possible changes in the use and treatment of the data. We shall send dedicated notices to inform you of any changes made, however we suggest you regularly check this page to be updated. The updated versions, if any, will state the date in which the update was made and shall be published as soon as possible on this website and shall be effective immediately after their publication.

  1. Owner of the data processing

The Owner of the data processing is the association Trend & Tradition, with legal headquarters in Turin (TO) in C.so Re Umberto 42, e-mail: info@first-drops.it, hereinafter called the “Owner”.

The list of External Persons in charge of the treatment can be requested: all you need to do is send a request to the Owner at the addresses supplied above.

  1. Type of data processed

Browsing data

The IT systems and procedures implemented to operate the website may automatically acquire, during their normal operations, some personal data as you browse the web, including but not limited to the following: IP address, number of accesses, the duration of the access, the browser used, the pages viewed, the date and time of access.

Browsing data are collected solely to obtain anonymous statistical data on the use of the website and to check its smooth operation. Browsing data shall not, in any case, be used for the purpose of marketing, establishing the profile and personality of the user, to send advertising material, to perform market surveys or commercial notices.

To conduct these operations on the website, First Drops currently uses the services of Google Analytics – a web analytics service supplied by Google that sends cookies to your device. The information generated by the cookies on how you use the website are sent to Google and stored by Google on a server in the United States. Google uses this information to assess your use of the website, prepare reports on the website activity and supply additional services on website activity and the use of Internet. Google may transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this information on behalf of Google. Google does not link your IP address with any other data owned by Google.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and that record data on your browsing activity. If the cookies are not disabled, these data are communicated to the website that will have them already installed each time you visit it.

First Drops only uses technical cookies. 

You can stop the cookies from being automatically installed, as occurs normally in most browsers, simply by disabling the reception of cookies in the functions supplied by your browser.

SOCIAL NETWORKS

We allow/will allow you to register on and/or use our social services using the registration account of some of the main social networks (for example, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, etc.). By choosing to use these services to register on our website or to use our social services, you authorise us to collect your authentication data for these social networks (e.g. your user name, access credentials (encrypted), your profile image, the country that you have listed as your place of residence, your place of birth, date of birth, your pictures and friends network, in addition to all the other information you might make available on or through your social network accounts).

First Drops will not store this information.

DATA PROCESSED IN REFERENCE TO THE USE OF SERVICES ACCESSIBLE BY USING USER CREDENTIALS

The services available on the website are reserved to specific categories of registered users. To complete the registration process you must supply the personal details requested in the form. The data you supply are needed only if you want to use our services. Supplying these data is not mandatory and you can decide to do so or not. If you do not supply your personal details there will be no further consequences. However, if you do not supply the data required, you will not be able to benefit of the services you request.

These data shall not be disclosed or communicated to third parties other than the Owner’s organisation, nor shall they be used for the purpose of establishing the profile or personality of the user or for purposes directly or indirectly associated to advertising and shall be stored for the sole purpose of carrying out the service you have requested.

  1. Content of the Personal Details

The user is responsible for the truthfulness of the Personal Details provided and transmitted. Trend and Tradition assumes that the Personal Details were provided by the person involved or by a person he/she has authorised to do so.

MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

If you are not yet 18 (eighteen) years old, or if you do not yet have the capacity to act, this Privacy Policy is addressed to the entity acting pursuant to the Italian Law in force as guardian which is the only entity authorised to provide explicitly consent hereto.

  1. Scope of the treatment

The Personal Details shall be treated by Trend and Tradition to allow the user to register on the website, tosend the newsletter on sales campaigns and other regular information on the services offered; execute and manage the sales agreement entered into with the client if applicable and the legal, fiscal and accounting requirements associated thereto.

  1. How are the personal details processed

Personal Details are processed by the persons specifically appointed to do so using manual, electronic and remote devices that are suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data processed. Personal Details are stored in IT devices and, if necessary, on paper. They are also registered in the database owned by Trend and Tradition and are made available to parties operating within the Company.

Personal Details may also be disclosed to the external parties listed: trade partners of Trend and Tradition and the persons in charge of logistics, shipments, deliveries and returns concerning the products purchased; banks, to manage collection and payments, including the providers of remote electronic payment services; consultants and co-workers appointed by Trend and Tradition to supply (including but not limited to the following) support for fiscal, accounting and legal issues, it being understood that the latter shall not in turn disclose the data of users to third parties; parties supplying services for the management of the IT system and the telecommunication networks of Trend and Tradition; parties providing for the assessment of compliance, review and certification of the activities performed by Trend and Tradition also in the interests of its clients. If Trend and Tradition acts as intermediary, the Personal Details needed shall be disclosed to the Supplier that will treat them pursuant to its own confidentiality policy and that shall be fully liable for the treatment of the data thus supplied.

  1. Non mandatory supply of personal data and consequences if you refuse to supply data

Supplying your Personal Data is not mandatory; however, failure to supply some personal data (marked with an asterisk) does not allow Trend and Tradition to supply the services requested or to complete the agreement.

  1. Types of entities to whom the personal details may be disclosed and scope of the disclosure

Trend and Tradition may process its Users’ personal details also by resorting to third parties, to which it may have entrusted specific activities (or part of some activities) which are necessary or useful for the provision of Services. Trend and Tradition may share your personal details with service suppliers that Trend and Tradition has contractual relations with and that collaborate with us for our business activities (for example, but not limited to, fraud investigations, invoice collection services, affiliation and incentives programmes and co-branded credit cards). In this case, these parties will be designated as the Person Responsible or in charge of processing the Personal Details as envisaged by the Code on the Protection of Personal Data, and this party shall be instructed, especially as regards the implementation of minimum safety measures, in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of the User’s data. Please also be informed that the User data (including IP address) may be disclosed to Court Authorities, Administrative Authorities or any other public entity entitled to do so pursuant to the law

  1. Duration of the storage of your personal data

First Drops will store your personal data for as long as your account is active or for the time needed to supply the services and trace your transactions for fiscal purposes. We shall also store your personal data for the time needed to fulfil the duties required by law, resolve controversies and enforce the agreements entered into.

  1. Rights of those involved

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Code on the Protection of Personal Data, the User is entitled, at any time, to:

  • i) receive confirmation of the existence of the data or not;
  • ii) know the content and origin of the data;
  • iii) check that the data is correct, demand the integration, update or modification thereof.

Pursuant to the same article, the User is also entitled to ask Trend and Tradition to cancel, change to anonymous or block the data processed in violation of the Code on the Protection of Personal Data, and to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing, by writing to Trend and Tradition via e-mail at the following address: info@first-drops.it.
