We ship to more than 50 countries worldwide. The orders are shipped from Italy, using the most efficient couriers that serve your location. All shipments are insured for the full value of the product.


Shipping charges are calculated and added to your order before you check out. Any taxes and customs duties applicable to non European countries will be calculated and applied at the time the product enters the country of destination, and are not included in the total costs for the order.


The products are delivered as soon as possible by express courier service.

The delivery time is stated on the website in the page where each product is described. The delivery times are a mere indication and, although they are generally complied with, we cannot be committed to or guarantee the delivery date given. Most products are ready to be shipped. Others will be made specifically when you order. The processing times are clearly stated in the product page.


The courier generally delivers from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday. If you expect you might be out when your delivery arrives, you can add a delivery address other than your home address, for example your work address or the address of a neighbour. Should the courier fail to deliver to the addressee, the courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt or to agree for the package to be collected at the courier’s headquarters nearest to the client’s address. If the courier is unable to deliver the package at its second attempt, the package shall remain available for collection at the courier’s headquarters for 10 days. During this period, the courier will request the payment of a flat-rate daily fee and the charges incurred to register the temporary deposit. If you do not provide for the collection of the package during the temporary deposit period, the product shall be sent back to us and the agreement shall be understood to have been cancelled. We shall proceed to reimburse the amounts due minus the product delivery charges for the unsuccessful delivery, the temporary deposit charges and the return delivery to the sender and any other charges.


As the Products sold by First Drops are objects of special value – they are unique pieces or limited editions, handmade with breakable materials – each product is insured for its full value. To claim the reimbursement from the insurance in the event of damage to the product during transport, at the time of delivery the client must accept the package under reserve of inspection; once the package has been opened and a damage identified, it is necessary to take a photograph of the packaging and the damaged goods and write to to notify the damage within three days from receiving the package, sending the images as an attachment. The package and the packing must be conserved until the insurance claims process has been completed. If possible, we shall replace the damaged product or refund the full costs borne for the purchase of the product.


As soon as the shipping process begins you will receive a notice confirming the shipment, where you will find the tracking number that you can use to check the status of your parcel online. In the User profile section of the website, you will find an overview of your orders.


The delivery address used is the address stated when the order was confirmed (which can differ from the address stated on the credit card). Please check that it is right in all its parts to avoid misunderstandings during delivery. Please remember that it is important to provide a telephone number so that we can contact you at all times if there are any problems in the delivery. If you expect you might be out when your delivery arrives, you can add another delivery address, for example your work address or the address of a neighbour who you are sure will be in.
