Small sculpture in glass and crystal, available in many different shades, made by means of an innovative application of the glass fusing technique. The shape is inspired by jellyfish. The soft sinuosity of the tentacles is obtained by using a grid that the glass is allowed to flow out of, thus becoming droplets and filaments.

In Small Jellyfish Daniela Forti overlaps layers of different colours and transparent glass, thus achieving a variety of chromatic hues and contrasts, that are remarkable especially in the tentacles, where coloured drops and filaments seem to be encapsulated inside a see-through casing.

These small sculptures are suitable to be shown as a group to bestow colour, liveliness and variety to the surrounding environment.
