In this piece, the artist replicates the images of some pieces of lace, an object that she is very fond of as it is a typically feminine form of art that has almost disappeared. Using photography and printing, lace is brought back to life in Martha Pachon’s creations as a decorative element, similar to crystallised snowflakes that dance on the surface of the porcelain.
